1. After purchasing your order, send us your photos via the order confirmation email.
2. Attach your photos in a sequence and/or video for us to edit, or put all contents into a Google Drive then email it to us.
3. Select the song you would like us to add.
4. Wait 1-2 days for us to show the finalized result.
5. Happily wait for your beautiful gift to be delivered.

To see the magic happen, you only need to download this free app! You can download it by scanning the QR code on the instruction card inside your gift box.
You'll need Wi-Fi or mobile data to watch the AR content.
Simply open the app, use your rear camera to scan, then your content will automatically appear on your device's screen!

The limit is about 20-30 photos, and 2 minutes for a video, depending on file size. Please send them through first, then we will let you know of the results.

Oops, Something's Wrong? If your gift arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 7 days. Send us the video and some clear photos, and we'll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
